Get the Fat Off! 18 sessions (workouts 3x per week)
Based on the principles of permanent fat loss, this program will increase your metabolic (fat burning) rate through building lean muscle, increased cardiovascular activity and supportive nutrition. This program is for committed individuals determined to succeed in achieving permanent fat loss.

 

Single Sessions: great for gym members who want fitness guidance for performance; sports-specific workouts or for individuals needing workouts customized to their home gym equipment.
