| Ashland Fitness Studio gives you the advantage of training in a private, distraction-free space, coached by a fitness trainer with many years experience instructing people of all ages and physical conditions.
The focus is on you achieving your fitness goals with maximum results — without injury.
Each high intensity, customized workout program includes cardio, core and strength training to jumpstart your metabolism. You'll builld strength and endurance and increase balance and mobility

and the fact that Intensity of Resistance is
the greatest single factor in any training program.
Each routine gives you these benefits:

MONTHLY TRAINING PROGRAMS:
Two workouts per week— $200 per month
Three workouts per week— $300 per month
Space is limited. Couples or friends who work out together save 25% each on their monthly fees.

SINGLE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
45 minutes — $60
Great for gym members
who want fitness guidance for performance; sports-specific
workouts or for individuals needing workouts customized
to their home gym equipment.
